The anime, though not as good as the game series, was still nice. It did not have a cliche story (that stupid cliche of 'love conquers all'). One would expect a touch of jealousy between Lady & Trish (if they decided to go cliche and involve romance), but they did not. It is exactly why I like the anime. The atmosphere is nice too (dark & mysterious, as one would expect). Too bad the anime did not score well, so I doubt that there will be a sequel, but it would be great if I prove wrong. Well... one cannot really expect to beat the stupid Hollywood cliche today, which is catcing on day by day... The game series is very good. But that's just mean. But good animation does not make a good anime. Yes the anime is very vivid and the art style is very original but it doesn't make it awsome. For a mission by mission series, not bad at all. All I don't enjoy is on how he defeat the last enemy with an instant slash..
